Our HOA reached out to Russ about having the water in one of our pools purified. He responded and came out quickly. We set up a time & date for the process. He arrived right on time, set everything up, and we were on our way. He returned the next day to pick up his equipment and left us with a clean, sparkling pool. I have to say dealing with Russ has been such a pleasure. Impeccable work and attention to detail and patience with all my questions. I happened to be behind his trailer one day back in 2019 and snapped a picture of it as I didn’t know there was such a thing and so glad I did. Pool store advised to do another drain and fill and I just didn’t want to waste a natural resource again so I called Russ! We live in Sun City and he admitted that was out of his service area, that could have been the end of it but he came out here and assessed everything shot me a reasonable price and started what I feel to be a great future in pool care! Using Russ’s expertise realer is a “NO DRAINER”. He also does pool maintenance and repairs, so when I get to point I can’t do the physical  maintenance myself I won’t hesitate to call him! No Drainer is a terrific find for us!  Russ K, a true professional, communicates clearly and makes a plan that he sticks by.  He is  a real expert at pools!  The process of purifier 1/3 of the water in our pool was painless and saved us from draining 30,000 gallons of water! Russ accomplished everything I was hoping to get from the purification process. The water returned to baseline softness and purity levels that could not be achieved through draining. No Drainer was an absolute lifesaver for my pool! With record-breaking heat and draining not being an option, I was initially skeptical about trying a reverse osmosis service. But I must say, I was blown away by its effectiveness. My CYA and Calcium (CH) levels were off the charts at 180 and 1,000 respectively, making my pool chemistry a nightmare. However, No Drainer's reverse osmosis treatment worked wonders and completely reset my pool's water quality. Russ, the man behind No Drainer, deserves all the praise. His customer service is top-notch. When I called him on a Friday, he didn't hesitate to come over that evening with his trailer and hooked up the service right away. The whole process, from the initial call to having my water sparkling clean, was 24 hours (and I have a 28k gallon pool!) I cannot recommend No Drainer enough! Reverse Osmosis should be required in Phoenix as its is not only faster and simpler than draining and filling but saves almost 90% of the water!  And for the first summer you have wonderfully soft water that feels amazing on your skin. Russ is a no nonsense, down to business guy who will give you a frim price up front and no BS.  I will be using Russ every 2y from now on!
